Estimated quotes
Any quote or sheet price is an estimate until inspection. Market values change. A quote is not a guaranteed purchase price or a binding offer until we confirm after inspection and verification.
Inspection and ownership verification
Final pricing depends on physical or remote inspection, ownership verification, account-lock status, device condition, accessories, quantity, and current market value. We may decline a purchase at any stage if verification fails or risk is too high.
Lost or stolen device restrictions
Lost or stolen devices are not accepted. Offering a device you do not lawfully own is prohibited. We may refuse the transaction and take steps consistent with applicable law if a device appears reported lost or stolen.
Account-lock restrictions
Devices with Find My / Activation Lock, Google FRP, Samsung account locks, carrier locks, financing holds, or similar restrictions may be rejected or valued differently. You are responsible for removing locks you are authorized to remove before or at completion, as agreed.
Payment and transaction rules
Payment method and timing are confirmed when a purchase is completed. Same-day evaluation or payout is not guaranteed. We do not use claims such as “highest price guaranteed,” “best prices guaranteed,” “guaranteed quote,” or “guaranteed same-day payment.”
Identification and records
Valid identification may be required to complete a purchase. IMEI and serial numbers may be recorded for verification and compliance.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to bypass security, or scrape the service in a way that harms operations. We may refuse service where abuse is suspected.
