Lost or stolen devices
Lost or stolen devices are not accepted. If a device appears to be reported lost or stolen, we will decline the purchase and may refuse further business related to that device.
Account locks & financing
Account-locked devices (including Find My / Activation Lock, Google FRP, Samsung account locks, and similar) may be rejected or valued differently. Devices that are still financed or carrier-locked may also affect eligibility and offer amount.
Quotes are estimates
Any quote you receive is an estimate until inspection. Market prices may change. Final pricing depends on ownership verification, account-lock status, device condition, accessories, quantity, and current market value.
Identification
Valid identification may be required to complete a purchase. This helps protect sellers and buyers and supports compliance with applicable rules.
IMEI & serial numbers
IMEI and serial numbers may be recorded for verification and compliance. We do not publish IMEI or serial numbers publicly.
Payout
Final payout depends on actual condition and verification after inspection. Payment timing and method are confirmed when the purchase is completed. Same-day evaluation is available when schedules allow — it is not guaranteed for every request.
